Scope
This policy applies to purchases made at next0ol.com. Our product is a portable electronic travel device. This policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace them.

Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for unused, unopened items only. To be eligible the item must:

Be returned in the original, undamaged packaging with all accessories included.

Be unregistered (no evidence of activation or modification).

Include proof of purchase (order number or payment record).
To request a return, email info@next0ol.com to obtain a Return Authorisation (RMA). Returns without an RMA number will be refused.

Faulty Items and Warranty
Next0ol devices include a two-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If you believe your product is defective, contact info@next0ol.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will review your message and guide you through the process.
All warranty claims require the item to be returned for inspection before any refund or replacement is authorised. If a defect is confirmed, we will refund or replace the product (at our discretion) and cover reasonable return postage. If inspection shows that the item has been accidentally dropped, water-damaged, modified, or otherwise misused, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

Evidence and Verification
To prevent fraudulent claims, we may request:

Clear photos or video of the issue prior to return.

The product serial number (where applicable) and order number.

The RMA number clearly displayed on the parcel.
We reserve the right to refuse returns where evidence is insufficient or inconsistent with the claimed fault.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns. For confirmed warranty defects, Next0ol will reimburse reasonable return postage. We recommend using tracked, insured shipping.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase and processed within 7 business days of inspection approval.

International Returns
International customers must clearly mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. We are not responsible for import or customs fees on returned items.
