1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if:

The item is unused and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is provided

The product has not been dropped or damaged due to misuse
⚠ NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DROPPED
2. Refunds
The only time we will accept a refund is if the product stops working within 2 months of purchase due to a manufacturing defect.
To request a refund under this condition, you must:

Email info@nexto0l.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the fault

Provide photo or video evidence if requested
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
3. Exclusions
Refunds and returns will not be accepted for:

Damage caused by drops, misuse, or modification

Normal wear and tear

Items returned without original packaging

Items returned after the 14-day return window (unless under the 2-month defect warranty)
4. Warranty
Your NEXTO0L Travel Safety Device comes with a 2-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Dropping the product

Exposure to water, extreme heat, or chemicals

Unauthorised repairs or modifications
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed defective under our warranty policy.
6. How to Return an Item

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
7. International Returns
International customers must ensure the return is clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. We are not responsible for customs fees on returned items.
8. Legal Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
