1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. You will be notified by email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

United Kingdom: 10–14 working days or less
Europe: 10–14 working days or less
Rest of World: 10–14 working days or less

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. External factors such as customs clearance and courier delays may affect delivery.

3. Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking by default.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel online.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

5. Shipping Restrictions

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the NEXTO0L Travel Safety Device is legal to import into their country.
We are not liable for orders seized, delayed, or refused by customs or local authorities.

6. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs clearance
Weather conditions
Courier or postal service disruptions
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking shows “Delivered”, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received the package, contact the courier directly.

8. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not liable for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
