1. Order Processing
All orders are prepared for dispatch within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer — if a significant delay occurs, you will be notified by email.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary by destination.
You will receive full tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, factors such as courier delays, customs inspection, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect shipment timeframes.
3. Tracking Your Order
Each order includes tracking as standard.
Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a secure link to follow your parcel’s progress online.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
These charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not liable for delays or costs resulting from customs clearance procedures.
5. Customer Responsibilities

6. Loss or Theft After Delivery
Once tracking indicates that an order has been marked Delivered, ownership passes to the customer.
We are not responsible for any subsequent loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.

We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier disruptions, customs delays, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting our logistics partners.
