An order is considered accepted once payment has been confirmed and a dispatch notification has been issued.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We may adjust prices from time to time; however, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment must be made in full at checkout using one of our approved payment methods.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Standard delivery is expected within two weeks from dispatch, depending on the destination.
Delivery times may vary due to courier operations, customs procedures, or events beyond our control.
Once tracking confirms “Delivered,” responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns are not accepted for items showing signs of misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
Refunds are issued only when a product is confirmed defective under the warranty conditions stated below.

7. Warranty

Your NEXTO0L travel flashlight includes a two-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
If the product ceases to function correctly due to a manufacturing fault within this period, please contact info@next0ol.com with your order details.
If a defect is verified, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
This warranty does not cover issues caused by drops, moisture exposure, misuse, or unauthorised modification.

8. Product Description and Availability

We strive for accuracy in all product information. Minor variations in colour, design, or packaging may occur due to manufacturing updates or display differences.
Such variations do not constitute a defect or grounds for return.

9. Use of Website

You agree to use our website lawfully and refrain from:

  • Copying or redistributing site content without written consent

  • Attempting to access non-public areas or compromise security

  • Submitting false orders or engaging in fraudulent activity
