Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order through our website, this constitutes an offer to purchase from us. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, unauthorised resale, or breach of our policies.
Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed are in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice, although changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through one of our accepted payment methods.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Standard delivery is typically within 2 weeks from the date of dispatch. While we aim to meet these timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs processing. Once tracking information shows “Delivered,” we cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft that occurs thereafter.
Returns & Refunds
To qualify for a return, the product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We do not accept returns for products that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
Warranty
All NEXTO0L Travel Safety Devices are covered by a 2-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. The only circumstance in which we offer a refund is if the product stops working due to a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, and you notify us via email at info@nexto0l.com. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, exposure to moisture, or unauthorised modifications.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or misuse of our products or services. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
