Replacement limits

Replacement limits depend on the bundle you bought:

  • Buy 1: up to 2 claims per year
  • Buy 2+1 Free: up to 3 claims per year
  • Buy 4+2 Free: up to 3 claims per year

Only 1 replacement claim per incident

If approved, your replacement will be shipped


Not covered

  • Intentional damage or misuse
  • More than one device lost in the same incident
  • Claims above the yearly limit
  • Devices not bought directly from Nexto0l
