Replacement limits
Replacement limits depend on the bundle you bought:
- Buy 1: up to 2 claims per year
- Buy 2+1 Free: up to 3 claims per year
- Buy 4+2 Free: up to 3 claims per year
Only 1 replacement claim per incident

If approved, your replacement will be shipped
Not covered
- Intentional damage or misuse
- More than one device lost in the same incident
- Claims above the yearly limit
- Devices not bought directly from Nexto0l
