Overview
The Nexto0l Theft & Loss Membership is an optional monthly subscription that provides replacement coverage and priority support if your Nexto0l device is lost, stolen, or forgotten while travelling.
This membership is not insurance and does not replace travel insurance.
Price & Billing
£40 per month
Billed monthly until cancelled
Subscription renews automatically each month
You can cancel at any time (see Cancellation below)

Theft, loss, and travel-related replacement cover
24/7 priority customer support
Replacement device shipped free of charge
£20 service fee per replacement claim
Replacement Limits
Replacement limits are based on the number of devices purchased.
Single Device Purchase
Covers 1 device
Up to 2 replacement claims per year
Bundle of 3 Devices
Covers up to 3 devices
Up to 3 replacement claims per year
Only one replacement may be claimed per incident.
How to Request a Replacement
If your device is lost, stolen, or forgotten abroad:
Email info@nexto0l.com
Include your order number and a brief explanation
Once approved, a replacement will be shipped
Replacements are shipped free of charge, subject to the £20 service fee per claim.
What’s Not Covered
Damage caused by misuse or intentional damage
Multiple devices lost in a single incident
Claims exceeding the annual replacement limits
Devices not purchased directly from Nexto0l
Cancellation
You can cancel your membership at any time.
How to cancel:
Log in to your customer account and manage your subscription
or
Email info@nexto0l.com and request cancellation
Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Important Notes
Membership is optional and not automatically included
Membership applies only to Nexto0l devices
Terms may be updated periodically; active members will be notified of material changes
